After years of fruitful collaboration, Danzo Srl purchased Manifattura Fossa in 2009; a curtain weaving plant with over sixty years of experience.

Danzo Srl’s Furnishings Division was therefore founded in Gallarate.

In 2012, Danzo expanded and strengthened its product line by acquiring and absorbing the Treatex company, which specialized in curtains, particularly linen and fireproof curtains.

Various fabrics have been devised and produced in recent years for heavy furnishings, both for seating and decorating, but always and only for specific ad hoc projects exclusive to some customers.

After years of “behind the scenes” expertise, Danzo formally presented concepts for heavy home furnishings, decorative use, and curtains in its 2020 collections.

Finally, in 2022, the company’s main headquarters was expanded and reorganized in layout, allowing the Furniture Division to be incorporated in Valdagno.

Danzo Srl now has a single production and logistical base, giving it superior control over all flows.

The company is constantly expanding, with over fifty workers and new installations, and it remains a family business in every way, with each member of the Danzo family fitting perfectly into their job. All of this is made possible by the collaboration and support of colleagues who have worked and believed in the company for a lifetime, as well as the young minds who will grow alongside it.
